Holistic Yoga Retreat

Immerse yourself in a transformational & rejuvenation retreat on the atlantic coast of Portugal.

A journey to experience a broad spectrum of yogic techniques and therapeutic massages, an intense week where variety inspires a profound change.

In this retreat the yoga tradition meets the modern, but firmly rooted in an holistic vision of the discipline.

Meditation, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, silent walking, will be the focus of this week.

We are particularly attached to the term “holistic” as we believe in the importance of addressing this discipline with an open mind so that it can enter our lives spontaneously and lastingly.

What we will learn won’t be limited to the lesson but we offer an holistic approach,
that also teaches to automate and absorb it completely and incorporate these practices into daily life.

The teachers
For this holistic retreat, we are happy to welcome Dalia (Aloeh Therapies) as a co-teacher; therapist and teacher of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Dalia trained in Bali and India, and to complete her approach to body and mind, she trained in massage therapy and magnetism in Switzerland.

During the retreat Federico will take care of the traditional part of Hatha Yoga and Vedanta,
Dalia will impersonate in her style, Hatha and Vinyasa techniques, joint mobilisation and fascia therapy.

The Location

Set on the Atlantic ocean, close to the centre of Ericeira, is the charming village of ‘Casais de Sao Lourenco’, stunningly situated above the beach bay of Sao Lourenco, this wide sandy beach is part of Ericeira’s protected World Surf Reserve.

So why not enjoy the world class surf and then watch the rolling waves from our roof top terrace, which naturally offers views over of the ocean or find your own peaceful spot to chill in the retreat centre garden.

All vegetarian meals are freshly created with love & passion by wonderful chefs, Liliana, and her Sisters, using locally sourced produce wherever possible.

We aim to offer a holistic and meaningful experience, so Yoga, Beach Hikes and Silent walks are all included and make up a generous part of the programs activities. On top of this, Surf, Sup and bike tours can complete your experience

Check Out

The retreat ends after our morning yoga class (this class will be of 90 min) and breakfast. Check out is at 11am, a drive to the airport will then be organised.

Check In

Check in is at 4pm. If you arrive earlier you can leave your bags and either chill by the venue or maybe enjoy a walk to the beach Ribeira D’ilhas. The retreat starts at 6pm. We’ll gather either in the garden or in the yoga shala for a welcome snack and introduction, followed by a yoga practice and dinner.

Cancellation and Refund (not due to Covid 19)

If you cancel more than 45 days before: Your is deposit refund.

If you cancel less than 45 days before: No refund of the deposit. IF however we manage (or you) to find someone to take your spot you’ll be refunded the full amount.

If the retreat is cancelled for business reasons, ( not enough participants or a personal illness), you’ll get a full refund.

If the retreat is canceled for any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemic, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc.) your deposit will not be refunded but will be transferrable to a future retreat within 1,5 years.

If the retreat is postponed due to any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemic, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc.) the deposit will not be refunded but will be transferrable to a future retreat within 1,5 years.

NOTE: 108 is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with your preparation for your trip. This is why it’s so important that you get a travel insurance!

Cancellation and Refund (due to Covid 19)

Due to this uncertain time, we have made a special Covid-19 risk-free cancellation and refund policy. Hopefully it’ll make it easier for you to commit! First of all we highly recommend that you get a travel cancellation insurance and a travel insurance that together cover any cancelled or delayed flights, lost or delayed baggage, illness etc. and if possible also Covid-19.

If you need to cancel due to anything related to Covid-19 (such as a travel ban, cannot jump on a flight or you get Covid-19 before the retreat starts) the deposit is either transferable to another of our retreats within 1,5 years or entirely refund. If you’ve paid any further amount this will be refunded in full.

Booking and Payment Terms

To guarantee your spot at this retreat we ask you to pay a deposit of €350. The rest of the amount is due at your arrival. If you book less than 1 month before the retreat starts, the full amount is required at the time of booking.
You can choose to pay either by international money transfer or cash.
