During the retreat, yoga practice will be combined with daily workshops meant to empower you with skills to thrive, and an accessible toolbox of good habits to cultivate simply.
The workshops combine yogic techniques: including pranayama, meditation, asana, and yogic philosophy with evidence-based western psychological techniques to:

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). A direct transfer to and from this airport can be organised at an additional cost of 50 EUR per one way. Or just jump on the metro and jump off to Campo Grande to catch the bus to Ericeira.
Arrival by bus
There is a regular bus from Campo Grande in Lisbon to Ericeira (runs approx each hour), we will pick you up at Ericeira’s Bus Terminal

Rooms can be booked by phone or mail. If after 5 days from the confirmation date, no payment has been received, the owner may accept alternative bookings. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Bookings may be cancelled until 5 days prior to arrival with 50% of the total amount being liable.
Clean blankets and towels are provided in the rooms. Each week, the bedcovers and soap are changed. The price includes free WIFI and access to the common areas. During your stay, the owner will not access your rented room unless arrangements to do so are specifically are made.
Upon arrival, please provide a valid ID for the owner to record all details, which are required by law. The data provided will be treated in accordance with current legislation on data protection and privacy.
Once ID details are recorded, you will receive your room and entrance keys. A charge of 50 euro will be incurred in case keys are damaged or lost.
A healthy and delicious vegan base brunch will be waiting for you after your morning yoga practice. Fruit salad, freshly baked bread, honey, jam, tea, coffee, juices, tomatoes, and avocado will be on your table every morning, together with a daily special recipe to load you up with good and tasty energies. In the house, tea, fruits and coffee are always available.
Even if we can stand eggs or cheese from time to time the goal is not supporting an industry that causes so many troubles to communities, families and life on this planet.
That is why you will find dairy products on this table only when we will be sure to provide you quality and sustainable food.
Please advise in advance of any food intolerances so that we can accommodate you.
The kitchen is available for your use. Please follow the water and energy saving measures, which are described on the sign in the kitchen.
It is not permitted to smoke or eat in the rooms, nor to invite non-authorized people into the rooms.
We heartily encourage you to avoid any unnecessary energy wastage (e.g. turning lights and water off when not in use) and to keep the rooms tidy. Please also respect the house, other guests and neighbors. To ensure the peaceful and tranquil nature of the house and surroundings, kindly keep noise to a minimum between 13:00 to 16:00 and 22:00 to 08:30.
We decline any responsibility for the loss of your belongings or if they are stolen or damaged during your stay.
At the end of your stay, please return the keys. The owner will verify the condition of the room and bathroom and, in case of any damage, may ask you to pay extra costs.
