At 108 Retreats our belief and intentions are to help you experience the true and full meaning of the Yogic tradition and all of its combined & integral parts ; Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Nidra and Yogic philosophy, are parts of the same whole. For us, these are the tools for discovering the secret of life, and to loving and living fully.
The Location Located on a secluded hilltop, this location offers an excellent combination of traditional heritage architecture (est.1869), with all of the leisure amenities you could wish for on a 108 Yoga Retreat.
For those of you longing to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, breath in the fresh ocean air whilst hanging out in a hidden spot amongst the greenery of the beautiful garden, or take a delightful dip in one of the outdoor Pools.
Great food is also close by at the location’s Cafe & Restaurant, serving delicious brunches, drinks and world fusion cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan and specific dietary requests are available

Safety Info All of our retreat venues follow the official government safety standards. In Portugal this is known as the “SAFE AND CLEAN” program. This program’s guidelines are strictly adhered to, we want all our guests and team to stay healthy & safe. In case of an unforeseen travel ban, all Deposits paid will remain valid in either 2022 & 2023. We are available and happy to answer any of your questions or enquiries.
The retreat venue follows the official government safety standards, known as the “SAFE AND CLEAN” program. This program’s guidelines are strictly adhered to, we want all our guests and team to stay healthy & safe.
The retreat ends after our morning yoga class (this class will be of 90 min) and breakfast. Check out is at 11am, a drive to the airport will then be organised.
Check in is at 4pm. If you arrive earlier you can leave your bags and either chill by the venue or maybe enjoy a walk to the beach Ribeira D’ilhas. The retreat starts at 6pm. We’ll gather either in the garden or in the yoga shala for a welcome snack and introduction, followed by a yoga practice and dinner.
If you cancel more than 45 days before: Your is deposit refund.
If you cancel less than 45 days before: No refund of the deposit. IF however we manage (or you) to find someone to take your spot you’ll be refunded the full amount.
If the retreat is cancelled for business reasons, ( not enough participants or a personal illness), you’ll get a full refund.
If the retreat is canceled for any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemic, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc.) your deposit will not be refunded but will be transferrable to a future retreat within 1,5 years.
If the retreat is postponed due to any unforeseen reasons (war, pandemic, lockdown, acts of terrorism, strikes, natural disasters etc.) the deposit will not be refunded but will be transferrable to a future retreat within 1,5 years.
NOTE: 108 is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat such as (but not limited to) airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with your preparation for your trip. This is why it’s so important that you get a travel insurance!
Due to this uncertain time, we have made a special Covid-19 risk-free cancellation and refund policy. Hopefully it’ll make it easier for you to commit! First of all we highly recommend that you get a travel cancellation insurance and a travel insurance that together cover any cancelled or delayed flights, lost or delayed baggage, illness etc. and if possible also Covid-19.
If you need to cancel due to anything related to Covid-19 (such as a travel ban, cannot jump on a flight or you get Covid-19 before the retreat starts) the deposit is either transferable to another of our retreats within 1,5 years or entirely refund. If you’ve paid any further amount this will be refunded in full.
To guarantee your spot at this retreat we ask you to pay a deposit of €350. The rest of the amount is due at your arrival. If you book less than 1 month before the retreat starts, the full amount is required at the time of booking. You can choose to pay either by international money transfer or cash.
